How will it feel to be in a place without arts? Can we do without libraries and without theaters? And what about buses? And hospitals?

The politics of cuts continue worldwide in a frenzy in the name of austerity and budget deficit reduction, with the clear feeling that something is wrong. The cuts appear to be happening only in certain obvious areas.
